• 建筑学学士或以上学位（5年建筑学教育）
• 3年及以上的建筑实践经验
• 兼具较强的设计能力和技术知识，以及对建筑细节的敏感度
• 具有优秀的职业素养和责任心，具有独立工作能力以及团队合作精神
• 具有团队管理能力及经验，对工作进度有计划性，保持工作高效有序地进行
• 中英文俱佳
• 参与过实际工程项目全过程者优先考虑
Project Architect
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture (5 years program) .
• Minimum 3 years experiences in architecture.
• Strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and has rigorous approach to detail.
• Excellent work ethics and responsible, ability to work independently and collaborate with team.
• Strong team management skill and experience in time, schedule, quality and efficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
• Construction experience and a complete project involvement in all phases preferred.
